With its formal lines and stately dome, this city centre apartment building cuts a handsome profile in the night sky.

What I also enjoy is the delicious contrast of the apartment building with its pastel neighbour.

The rich heterogeneity of styles and colours are hallmarks of a visually exciting cityscape.

This example will do nicely as illustration in support of my assertion.
